I received food samples from A Haute Cookie in exchange for my fair and honest review. All opinions are my own.

Do you love cookies? How about cookie dough? If you live in Atlanta or are passing through, you are in for a treat… a cookie treat! A Haute Cookie, the luxury cookie boutique nestled in Grant Park, is open for business. 

The Sweet Owner

Shiana White was born in Los Angeles, and raised by a family who loved her baking. While working in Las Vegas, White was inspired to become a cookie entrepreneur.  “It was my oldest son who sparked me to make gourmet cookies a business when, one evening at a particularly low money point, I said rather desperately ‘we need to think of a million-dollar business.’ The kids were enjoying their typical evening homemade cookie snack and my oldest son just held up his cookie in a ‘cheers’ moment and my entrepreneurial mom mind went into high gear,” stated White.

The Sweet Location

White first began her gourmet cookie boutique on wheels, in a cookie truck. As business thrived, White expanded into the new Grant Park location. She chose the Beacon to house her brick and mortar shop.

The Beacon sits along Atlanta’s Beltline trail. The development is a mixed-use facility that includes lofts, a variety of restaurants, chiropractor and wellness centers, hair and nail salons, and a food market. The Beacon is centered around artistic appreciation and creativity. I loved the aura of the architecture. Each shop has distinctive characteristics that make visiting the Beacon very special. It is the perfect location for the cookie boutique.

The Sweet Menu

The boutique’s foundation is fresh baked cookies, but the cookie options are endless.

The menu includes ice cream sandwiches, cookie dough sandwiches, edible and safe raw cookie dough, brownie dough bars, cookie pie, smores cups, cookie cake, cookie milkshakes, and bottled nut milks. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.

While visiting A Haute Cookie, I fell in love with the cookie milk. It’s a deliciously smooth milk that tastes just like chocolate chip cookies! I also loved the ice cream sandwiches, cookie pie, and s’mores cups. The s’mores cups are the best rendition of s’mores that I’ve ever tasted.

All of the cookies are soft, fresh, and delicious. The strawberry cookie is my favorite. I never had a cookie with soft chunks of strawberry, but I hope to have it again very soon!

Sweet Classes and Parties

Lucy and I love cooking classes, and I was pleased to hear that A Haute Cookie offers cookie baking classes for both children and adults. All participants receive a spatula, a 16-ounce tub of cookie dough, a box of cookies, and an edible cookie dough recipe card.

A Haute Cookie caters private events, birthdays, weddings, professional development/team building events, and festivals.
