Mimi’s Famous Southern Buttermilk Cornbread
Cornbread recipes differ all over the country. Some people prefer sweet cornbread, Jiffy “yellow” cornbread, and others like southern “buttermilk” cornbread. There are a million variations in between. Although I like all kinds of cornbread, we cook buttermilk cornbread at home in Atlanta, Georgia.
